Artichoke

In the Denomination of Origin the only artichoke is cultivated is the variety “White of Navarra" , more cleared, more tender and without presence of hairs in its interior, that differences of the rest of varieties.

The product must fulfil a series of requirements to be able to consider

itself under this Denomi-nation.

First of them: its zone of production.

The second, is that the artichoke plantation, renews every year, not allowing that the plant ages.

Finally the elaboration without acidulates, nor correctors of acidity,

this way makes sure that the flavour of the elaborated product is the own one of the fresh product.
