Batimos muy bien hasta obtener una crema homog\u00e9nea y dejamos enfriar la masa en la nevera.<\/li>\n<li>Cortamos la cebolla y el ajo en juliana y lo ponemos a dorar en una sart\u00e9n con un chorrito de aceite Arbequina Dantza.<\/li>\n<li>Escurrimos muy bien un bote de espinaca Dantza y cortamos los champi\u00f1ones en l\u00e1minas.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos la espinaca y los champi\u00f1ones a la sart\u00e9n con el ajo y la cebolla, salpimentamos y rehogamos.<\/li>\n<li>Untamos un poco de mantequilla una sart\u00e9n antiadherente a fuego medio, cubrimos la superficie de la sart\u00e9n con una capa fina de masa y doramos los creps por ambos lados.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando tengamos todos los creps preparados extendemos sobre cada uno un poco de relleno de espinacas y champi\u00f1ones, los enrollamos\u2026\u00a1Y listo!
