Reservamos hasta que temple. En un cuenco ponemos las yemas de huevo a temperatura ambiente y las batimos con una batidora de varillas. Cuando empieza a montar a\u00f1adimos poco a poco la mantequilla fundida con cuidado de no echar el suero que queda en el fondo y no dejamos de batir hasta que consigamos una crema fina. Sin dejar de batir a\u00f1adimos el zumo de lim\u00f3n y una pizca de sal. Reservamos la salsa.<\/li>\n<li>Abrimos el bote de Jud\u00eda verde plana Dantza y el de patata entera pelada Dantza y escurrimos.<\/li>\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n con un chorrito de Aceite Arbequina Dantza salteamos la cebolla roja cortada en juliana. Le a\u00f1adimos las patatas que habremos troceado previamente y la alubia verde plana. A\u00f1adimos una pizca de sal y perejil y removemos para que se integren los ingredientes.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a1Y listo!
