Troceamos las alcachofas en cuartos y reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos a calentar un chorrito de Aceite Arbequina Dantza en una sart\u00e9n y a\u00f1adimos las alcachofas que cocinaremos durante 5 minutos hasta que se doren.<\/li>\n<li>Pelamos y picamos los ajos y los a\u00f1adimos a las alcachofas. Salteamos y, cuando los ajos empiecen a dorarse, a\u00f1adimos el vino blanco, el jugo de 1 lim\u00f3n, sal y pimienta.<\/li>\n<li>Bajamos el fuego y lo dejamos cocinar durante 10 minutos. Si lo vemos necesario, podemos a\u00f1adirle un poco m\u00e1s de agua.<\/li>\n<li>Mientras tanto, cocinamos los Rigatoni siguiendo las instrucciones del fabricante y escurrimos.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos la pasta al sofrito de las alcachofas y salteamos para que se integren todos los ingredientes.
