Son aproximadamente 180g escurridos.<\/li>\n<li>Trituramos los Piquillos muy bien con ayuda de una batidora o robot de cocina.<\/li>\n<li>Ponemos un cazo a fuego medio-bajo y le a\u00f1adimos los piquillos triturados, el az\u00facar, el zumo de medio lim\u00f3n y la cucharada de vinagre de M\u00f3dena y cocinamos sin dejar de remover unos 25 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Pasamos la mermelada a un tarro y reservamos hasta que se enfr\u00ede.<\/li>\n<li>Troceamos el queso brie en taquitos gruesos.<\/li>\n<li>Preparamos tostadas del pan que m\u00e1s nos guste. Podemos hacerlo en tostadora o en sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos a cada tostada una capa generosa de mermelada de Piquillos, un taco de queso brie y terminamos decorando con semillas de calabaza, nueces y anacardos que podemos trocear con las manos.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a1Y listo!
