Trituramos en una batidora y reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>En una sart\u00e9n derretimos la mantequilla y a\u00f1adimos la cebolla picada muy finita.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos la harina poco a poco removiendo con unas varillas y rehogamos unos minutos con cuidado de que no se queme.<\/li>\n<li>Despu\u00e9s a\u00f1adimos poco a poco la leche caliente para evitar que salgan grumos y dejamos que vaya espesando.<\/li>\n<li>Salpimentamos, ponemos un poco de nuez moscada y a\u00f1adimos los pimientos del piquillo triturados que hab\u00edamos reservado.<\/li>\n<li>Removemos hasta que veamos que la bechamel se despega de la sart\u00e9n.<\/li>\n<li>Dejamos enfriar la masa en un recipiente que cubrimos con film transparente de un d\u00eda para otro en el frigor\u00edfico o m\u00ednimo durante 4 horas.<\/li>\n<li>Shape the mixture with your hands, roll into log shape. Place flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in separate dishes. Toss the mixture in flour, dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs. Once they are made, refrigerate them for a while (10 min. aprox.)<\/li>\n<li>Por \u00faltimo fre\u00edmos en abundante aceite Arbequina Dantza y las colocamos sobre papel absorbente para que pierda el exceso de aceite y\u2026\u00a1listo!
