M\u00e9langez bien et mettez de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Coupez quelques tranches de votre pain pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 et ajoutez sur chacune le m\u00e9lange de l\u00e9gumes et de thon.
