Dans l\u2019id\u00e9al, ne les broyez pas trop finement ; laissez des petits morceaux.<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\">Dans une casserole, ajoutez un filet d\u2019huile d\u2019olive \u00e0 feu moyen et ajoutez l\u2019ail finement hach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\">Lorsque l\u2019ail commence \u00e0 dorer, ajoutez la f\u00e9cule de ma\u00efs et faites sauter pendant une minute pour qu\u2019elle perde son go\u00fbt cru.<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\">Ajoutez les amandes et les pignons broy\u00e9s et m\u00e9langez bien.<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\">Versez le lait et remuez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtenir une b\u00e9chamel cr\u00e9meuse, puis assaisonnez selon votre go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez les chardons de Navarre Dantza pr\u00e9alablement \u00e9goutt\u00e9s, augmentez le feu et remuez doucement pendant trois minutes.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9servez le jus de la conserve pour en ajouter un peu pour \u00e9claircir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la sauce si vous constatez qu\u2019elle est trop \u00e9paisse.<\/li>\n<li>Et voil\u00e0 !
