Ajoutez une pinc\u00e9e de sel, faites cuire quelques minutes et r\u00e9servez.<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\">Coupez l\u2019oignon en julienne et faites le revenir \u00e0 feu doux avec un peu d\u2019huile et de sel, en touillant de temps en temps pour \u00e9viter qu\u2019il ne br\u00fble.<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\">Lorsqu\u2019il est presque cuit, ajoutez le sucre roux et touillez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le sucre caram\u00e9lise.<\/li>\n<li>Ajoutez un trait de vinaigre balsamique, remuez jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que l\u2019odeur du vinaigre disparaisse et mettez de c\u00f4t\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li class=\"blog-yumprint-method-item\">\u00c9pluchez le boudin, \u00e9miettez-le bien et faites-le cuire \u00e0 sec dans une po\u00eale. Lorsqu\u2019il commence \u00e0 brunir, retirez-le du feu.<\/li>\n<li>Il ne reste plus qu\u2019\u00e0 disposer sur chaque tranche de pain un lit d\u2019oignons caram\u00e9lis\u00e9s, par-dessus, les piquillos de Lodosa Dantza et pour finir le boudin noir \u00e9miett\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Le tour est jou\u00e9 !
