almejas<\/h2>\n<h6>Ingredients<\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>C\u0153urs d\u2019artichaut Dantza<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 Kg de almejas<\/li>\n<li>2 gousses d\u2019ail<\/li>\n<li>Huile Arbequina Dantza\u00ae<\/li>\n<li>Persil cisel\u00e9<\/li>\n<li>1 cuill\u00e8re de farine<\/li>\n<li>100 ml de vino blanco seco<\/li>\n<li>Sel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6>Preparation<\/h6>\n<ol class=\"blog-yumprint-methods\">\n<li>En una cazuela a\u00f1adimos 3 cucharadas de Aceite Arbequina Dantza y rehogamos los dientes de ajo pelados y troceados.<\/li>\n<li>A continuaci\u00f3n, a\u00f1adimos la harina y removemos bien con una cuchara de madera para que se tueste un poco y quitarle el sabor a crudo.<\/li>\n<li>Cuando la harina est\u00e9 tostada vertemos el vino blanco y el caldo de la conserva de Corazones de alcachofa de Tudela Dantza y lo dejamos hervir un par de minutos.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos las almejas que las habremos tenido en remojo con agua y un pu\u00f1ado de sal unas horas antes de cocerlas y las dejamos al fuego hasta que se abran.\/li&gt;<\/li>\n<li>Retiramos a un plato las almejas y reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>Introducimos en la salsa los corazones de alcachofa troceados en cuartos y dejamos que hiervan suavemente con la cazuela tapada unos tres minutos para que se calienten.<\/li>\n<li>Colocamos las almejas por encima, d\u00e1ndoles unas vueltas y las espolvoreamos con perejil picado.<\/li>\n<li>Una vez todo est\u00e9 caliente servimos de inmediato\u2026\u00a1Y a disfrutar!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><div ><a class=\"fusion-button button-flat
