Cuando se doren reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>En el mismo aceite, a\u00f1adimos la cebolla y el puerro muy picaditos y sofre\u00edmos a fuego suave unos minutos. A\u00f1adimos las espinacas Dantza bien escurridas, salpimentamos y cocinamos durante 4 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adimos el ajo y los pi\u00f1ones que ten\u00edamos reservados, mezclamos bien y dejamos enfriar.<\/li>\n<li>Estiramos el hojaldre con un rodillo y partimos en 6 cuadrados iguales.<\/li>\n<li>Repartimos la mezcla de espinaca en cada uno de los cuadrados de hojaldre y encima le ponemos una rebanada de rulo de cabra. Cerramos cada trozo como si fuera un sobre y pincelamos con huevo batido.<\/li>\n<li>Colocamos los hojaldres en una bandeja apta para horno forrada con papel vegetal y, con el horno precalentado a 200\u00ba horneamos durante 20 minutos o hasta que est\u00e9n dorados\u2026 \u00a1Y listo!
