Coupez aussi les poivrons verts et\nrouges. Si on doit le broyer apr\u00e8s, on peut le laisser en gros morceaux, sinon on peut le couper\nen morceaux finis.<\/li>\n<li>Dans une grande casserole, verser un peu d\u2019huile Arbequina Dantza\u00ae et la mettre \u00e0 feu moyen.\nQuand c\u2019est chaud, ajouter l\u2019oignon, la carotte et sauter. Ajouter le poivron rouge, le poivron vert\net l\u2019ail et faire sauter quelques minutes de plus. Ajouter le sel et le poivre au go\u00fbt.<\/li>\n<li>Nous avons ouvert le pot de tomates \u00e9cras\u00e9es Dantza\u00ae et l\u2019avons ajout\u00e9 au pot. Nous avons\n\u00e9galement ajout\u00e9 l\u2019origan et le basilic frais hach\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li class=\"translation-block\">Lo dejamos durante 20 minutos a fuego medio. En este punto a\u00f1adimos una pizca de az\u00facar y rectificamos de sal si lo vemos necesario. Si nos gusta la salsa m\u00e1s fina dejamos enfriar y podemos<br>\r\ntriturarla con una batidora e incluso colarla despu\u00e9s si no queremos que tenga trocitos.<\/li>\n<li>Finalement, nous ramenons la sauce napolitaine \u00e0 feu moyen et, lorsqu\u2019elle est chaude, nous la\nlaissons mijoter 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Et voil\u00e1! Nous pouvons l\u2019utiliser sur n\u2019importe quel plat que nous voulons.
