Apartamos del fuego y reservamos.<\/li>\n<li>Abrimos una lata de anchoas de buena calidad y escurrimos.<\/li>\n<li>Emplatamos poniendo las mitades de alcachofa boca arriba, decoramos cada alcachofa con una anchoa y espolvoreamos un poquito de perejil fresco picado por encima.<\/li>\n<li>Servimos las tostadas de pan aparte para que cada comensal pueda montar su propia tapa en el momento y que no se ablande el pan\u2026 \u00a1Y listo!
