Dejamos que repose 1 minuto.<\/li>\n<li>En un vaso de batidora a\u00f1adimos las 2 yemas de huevo, el zumo de lim\u00f3n, la sal y batimos.<\/li>\n<li>Vamos a\u00f1adiendo la mantequilla poco a poco mientras seguimos batiendo hasta que la salsa emulsione y ya tenemos la salsa holandesa.<\/li>\n<li>Calentamos una sart\u00e9n sin aceite y tostamos los pistachos. Dejamos enfriar un poco y los picamos en trozos grandes.<\/li>\n<li>Disponemos los esp\u00e1rragos Dantza en una fuente, distribuimos la salsa holandesa por encima y repartimos los pistachos y los brotes de guisante. Sazonamos todo con un poquito de sal y pimienta y\u2026 \u00a1listo!
