Lamb's lettuce and asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Dantza® White Asparagus PGI NAVARRA very Thick
- 1 bunch lamb’s lettuce
- 1 pomegranate
- Walnuts
- Salt
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- White wine vinegar
- Balsamic vinegar cream
Instructions
- Place the lamb’s lettuce into a large mixing bowl.
- Add pomegranate seeds and chopped walnuts.
- Add Dantza® White asparagus PGI NAVARRA very Thick.
- Pour dressing over salad.
- Decorate with balsamic vinegar cream.
- Enjoy this delicious and colourful salad.
