Spanish omelette with spinach

Ingredients
  • Dantza® Ready-to-make Spanish omelette
  • Fresh spinach
  • 6–7 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Add fresh spinach into a pan with a dash of oil.
  2. When the spinach is ready, add Dantza® Ready-to-make Spanish omelette, you can choose it with or without onion. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Beat 6 or 7 eggs in a bowl.
  4. Drain off the excess oil of the frying pan (it can be reused) and pour the ready-to-make Spanish omelette and the spinach into the bowl with beaten egg.
  5. Wait few minutes.
  6. Pour the mixture into a hot pan with a dash of oil.
  7. Set the omelette and turn it upside down and you will have a real Spanish omelette in a few minutes.
