Spanish omelette with spinach
Ingredients
- Dantza® Ready-to-make Spanish omelette
- Fresh spinach
- 6–7 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Olive Oil
Instructions
- Add fresh spinach into a pan with a dash of oil.
- When the spinach is ready, add Dantza® Ready-to-make Spanish omelette, you can choose it with or without onion. Add salt and pepper.
- Beat 6 or 7 eggs in a bowl.
- Drain off the excess oil of the frying pan (it can be reused) and pour the ready-to-make Spanish omelette and the spinach into the bowl with beaten egg.
- Wait few minutes.
- Pour the mixture into a hot pan with a dash of oil.
- Set the omelette and turn it upside down and you will have a real Spanish omelette in a few minutes.
