Ensalada de Judía Verde con nueces y queso feta
Ingredients
- 1 bottle Dantza® Green Beans
- 2 cloves garlic
- Feta cheese
- Walnuts
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon
- Fresh parsley
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Add sliced garlic cloves into a pan with a dash of oil and cook them at medium-low heat.
- Drain the Dantza® Green Beans and add them into the pan when garlic is brown.
- Cook them for few minutes and remove from heat.
- Add chopped feta cheese and walnuts.
- Prepare a dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley (ideally if it’s fresh), salt and pepper.
- Add dressing and stir gently until combined.
- Enjoy this healthy and tasty recipe. This dish can be served hot, warm or at room temperature.
