Ensalada de Judía Verde con nueces y queso feta

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle Dantza® Green Beans
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Feta cheese
  • Walnuts
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon
  • Fresh parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper
Instructions
  1. Add sliced garlic cloves into a pan with a dash of oil and cook them at medium-low heat.
  2. Drain the Dantza® Green Beans and add them into the pan when garlic is brown.
  3. Cook them for few minutes and remove from heat.
  4. Add chopped feta cheese and walnuts.
  5. Prepare a dressing with olive oil, lemon juice, chopped parsley (ideally if it’s fresh), salt and pepper.
  6. Add dressing and stir gently until combined.
  7. Enjoy this healthy and tasty recipe. This dish can be served hot, warm or at room temperature.
