White asparagus from Navarra with vinaigrette

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle Dantza White Asparaus PGI NAVARRA very thick
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1⁄2 chive
  • 6 teaspoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Place some Dantza® White Asparagus PGI NAVARRA in a dish.
  2. Grind cloves, a pinch of salt, fresh parsley in a mortar.
  3. Add finely chopped chive, olive oil and vinegar into the mortar.
  4. Whisk well until well combined.
  5. Taste your vinaigrette and adjust seasoning to your liking.
  6. Pour the vinaigrette on white asparagus.
