White asparagus from Navarra with vinaigrette
- 1 bottle Dantza White Asparaus PGI NAVARRA very thick
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1⁄2 chive
- 6 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 teaspoon vinegar
- 1 bunch fresh parsley
- Place some Dantza® White Asparagus PGI NAVARRA in a dish.
- Grind cloves, a pinch of salt, fresh parsley in a mortar.
