Pocha beans hummus

Ingredients
  • Dantza® Pocha beans
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Tahini
Instructions
  1. Place Dantza® Pocha Beans, 1 garlic clove, juice of half a lemon, salt, ground cumin, olive oil and tahini in a bowl.
  2. Blend all the ingredients to a creamy purée.
  3. When serving, puti t in a bowl and decorate it with sweet paprika or sesame seeds. TIP: The leftovers of hummus can be kept in the fridge and be consumed at another time.
  4. Enjoy this Delicious and original dish.
