Sándwich de Tortilla de patata con espinaca

  • Dantza® Ready-to-make Spanish Omelette
  • Fresh spinach
  • Slice bread
  • 6 eggs
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
  1. Heat the Danta® ready-to-make Spanish omelette in a frying pan and add salt and pepper.
  2. Beat 6 eggs in a big bowl and add pinch of salt.
  3. Drain off the excess oil of the frying pan (it can be reused) and pour the Dantza® ready-to- make Spanish omelette into the bowl with beaten egg.
  4. Wait few minutes.
  5. Pour the mixture into a hot pan with a dash of oil.
  6. Set the omelette and tur it upside down.
  7. Toast the bread to your liking and spread each slice with a teaspoon of mayonnaise.
  8. Build the sándwich by adding Spanish omelette and add some fresh spinach leaves.
