Sauteer spinach with eggs

Ingredients
  • 1 bottle Dantza® Spinach
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Paprika
  • Eggs
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Add chopped garlic into a pan with a dash of olive oil. Add onion when garlic becomes golden brown and heat it up at low heat.
  2. Drain a glass jar of Dantza® spinach and add them into the pan.
  3. Cook for few minutes, add salt and a teaspoon of paprika. Stir well.
  4. Preheat oven to 180ºC and place the sauteed spinach into an oven proof container.
  5. Make holes over the spinach. Crack as much eggs as you prefer and slip the min to the holes. Add a pinch of salt.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes and serve immediately.
